习近平新时代中国特色社会主义"三农"思想是习近平长期关注和思考"三农"问题的理论成果，具有突出特点和鲜明特色。它继承和发展了马克思主义关于"三农"问题的基本观点，从实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦和"四个全面"战略布局的高度，全面分析"三农"工作的地位和"三农"发展规律，提出一系列"三农"战略的新思想新观点，是中国共产党"三农"问题的最新理论创新成果，是我们党认识、把握和解决新时代"三农"问题的总纲领。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era is the theoretical outcome of Xi Jinping’s long-term concern and thinking on the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. It has outstanding characteristics and distinctive features. It has inherited and developed the basic viewpoints of the classic Marxist writers on the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. From the perspective of realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of China and the strategic layout of "Four Comprehensives", it has comprehensively analyzed the status and the development rule of agriculture, countryside and farmers, and put forward a series of new ideas and new points on the strategy of agriculture, countryside and farmers. It is the latest theoretical innovation of the Chinese Communist Party on the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers and serves as the general outline for our party to understand, grasp and solve the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in the new era.
