摘要:
2021年是《南京农业大学学报（社会科学版）》创刊20周年。回顾20年办刊历程，《南农学报》走过了3个不同的发展时期：完善制度，保障学术质量的规范期；突出优势，形成期刊风格的转型期；创新机制，加强内涵建设的成长期。对于行业高校社科学报来说，期刊的韧力与活力在于办出特色。在办刊过程中，《南农学报》不断调整栏目设置，积极创新办刊模式，逐渐明晰办刊理念，通过调整栏目形成"三农"底色，通过策划专题提升"三农"成色，通过出版专刊彰显"三农"亮色。经过坚持不懈的努力和探索，《南农学报》从大而全的综合性学术理论刊物成长为边界清晰、聚焦"三农"问题研究的特色刊物。梳理总结办刊经历，《南农学报》从中汲取了一些有益的办刊经验和启示：一是坚持正确的办刊导向，严把政治关和价值取向关；二是立足本校行业特色，深耕优势领域；三是精准定位，形成期刊的个性和风格；四是融入学术圈，介入学术生产链前端；五是推动媒体融合发展，进一步提升传播力；六是扶植学术新人，与青年作者共同成长。
Abstract:
The past 20 publishing years has witnessed the JNAU having gone through three different periods of development:perfecting the editing system and guaranteeing the academic quality; highlighting the journalistic advantages and style; innovating editing mechanism and strengthening connotation construction. The JNAU constantly adjusts the column setting, actively innovates the mode of editing, and gradually distills the concept of editing the journal. The background color of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has been formed by adjusting the column, sticking to the specific feature of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" by planning special topics, and highlighting the research achievements on "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" by publishing special issues. After several years of unremitting efforts and exploration, the JNAU has grown from a comprehensive academic theoretical journal to a characteristic journal focusing on the research of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". The JNAU has accumulated some useful experience and implications. First, adhere to the orientation of the journal, with strict control on its political and value conceptions. Second, based on the disciplinary characteristics of the JNAU, take advantage of its advantageous research edges. Third, finding the precise position in the whole picture of China’s university academicjournals, continue to highlight the journal’s attractiveness and style; Fourth, involve into the high-gear academic circle and the front of the academic production chain; Fifth, promote the integrated media development, further enhancing the mass media power; Sixth, cultivate young scholars and grow up together with them.
