摘要:
乡村振兴作为新时代"三农"工作的总抓手，文化振兴是其中重要的组成部分。改革开放以来，随着工业化进程的加快以及市场经济的快速发展，农村生产生活方式发生重大改变。乡村人口流动、人才加速流失，使得乡村文化呈现凋敝衰落之势。但随着乡村战略的实施，政策推动下的乡村文化建设迎来了契机。在乡村振兴战略的带动下，沉淀在乡土社会的传统文化有了复兴再造的可能，一方面可以满足乡村居民的文化需要，另一方面可以在传统乡土文化的基础上进行文化创新，满足城市居民的文化需求，扩展乡村文化的生存空间。乡村文化振兴是一个缓慢的过程，必须尊重文化规律，通过有效的政策引导、经济支持、人才培育等方式，使传统乡土文化去粗存精、革故鼎新，最终实现乡村文化的繁荣与良好乡风的形成。
Abstract:
Cultural revitalization is an important part of the rural revitalization, and the general focus of the national project of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in the new era. Since the reform and opening up, with the acceleration of industrialization and the rapid development of market economy, great changes have taken place in rural production and life style. The rural population flow and the accelerated brain drain have made the rural culture wither and decline. However, with the implementation of the rural strategy, the rural cultural construction promoted by the policy has ushered in an opportunity. Driven by the Rural Revitalization Strategy, the traditional culture whose crisis was precipitated in the local society has the possibility of revival and reconstruction. On the one hand, it can meet the cultural needs of rural residents, on the other hand, it can carry out cultural innovation on the basis of traditional local culture, meet the cultural needs of urban residents and expand the living space of rural culture. The revitalization of rural culture is a slow process. We must respect the cultural law, and discard the dross and keep the finer part of the traditional local culture and innovate it through effective policy guidance, economic support and talent cultivation, so as to finally realize the prosperity of rural culture and the formation of good rural style.
