摘要:
当前中国农业的发展必须突破城乡二元结构而走城乡一体化的道路,然而中国农业发展的未来正遭遇工业化农业的困扰。实际上,现代农业发展存在两个基本思路:一是工业化农业,二是可持续农业。在中国农业现代化的实践中,关于工业化农业和可持续农业的争论必将伴随着城乡一体化进程而生发,城市和农村所代表的两种生产方式将如何在农民的生产、生活以及交往活动中得以和谐共生,这是城乡文化和谐共生研究的一个基本命题。论文通过考察在农业现代化进程中影响农民决策的相关因素,进而在多元主体参与的农业决策网络中考察农民参与是如何形塑他们自己的决策以及如何认同城乡两种文化并实现其和谐共生。
Abstract:
Currently, the road for the development of Chinese agriculture must follow the pattern of urban-rural integration while breaking urban-rural dual structure. However, the future of Chinese agriculture is to suffer from industrial farming. As a matter of fact, there exist two fundamental approaches for the development of modern agriculture. One is industrial farming, and the other is sustainable farming. During the process of Chinese agricultural modernization, the debate on industrial farming or sustainable farming has accompanied urban-rural integration. How the two productive methods represented by city and countryside respectively could coexist harmoniously in the aspects of farmer’s production, lives and association is a basic topic for the research on the harmonious coexistence of urban culture and rural culture. This paper, through checking those factors that would influence farmers’ decisions, endeavors to investigate how farmers’ participation could shape their own decisions in agricultural decisive network, and how farmers identify with urban and rural cultures so as to achieve their harmonious coexistence.
