摘要:
本文基于第六次人口普查数据，汇总得到中国地级及以上城市的农村劳动力规模，以西科恩和霍尔的集聚经济效应模型为基础，采用Shapley分解方法，分析农村劳动力流动对于城市间收入差距的影响。研究结果表明：（1）农村劳动力在城市空间分布具有显著的空间集聚特征，存在"强者恒强"的自我强化现象。（2）农村劳动力流动的本地市场效应会促进流入城市人均收入增长，其携带的人力资本水平越高越有利于城市人均收入增长。（3）Shapley分解结果显示，农村劳动力流动的本地市场效应扩大了城市间的人均收入差距，而其携带的人力资本水平却缩小了地区差距；但从整体来说，劳动力从农村向城市流动最终扩大城市间收入差距。研究结论意味着，为了缩小收入差距，实现"包容性"城市发展目标，需要政府的适当干预。
Abstract:
Based on the rural labor force size in the cities of prefecture level and the above derived from the database of the Sixth National Population Census, from the perspective of urban agglomeration economy, and using the model of Ciccone & Hall’s agglomeration effect and regression-based decomposition based on Shapley value, this paper empirically analyzed the impact of labor force circulation on the income gaps between cities. The results showed:there is significant spatial agglomeration in the flow rural-urban migration; There exist two effects of China’s rural-urban migrants on per-capital income:local market effect and human capital. Local market effect will increase the per-capital income. And the higher the level of the rural-urban migration’s human capital, the better the per-capital income of the city; The result of Shapley value method shows that local market effect enlarges the income gap between cities, while human capital externality can narrow the income gap. But China’s rural-urban migrants enlarge the gap in the whole. So in the process of urbanization, government interference is essential.
