摘要:
本文聚焦于转型期的乡村社会正在出现和亟待解决的特定选择困境和社会现象——道德焦虑。以库尔特·韦兰制度变迁理论的制度供给作为理论基础，通过对江苏农村典型观测点的实地调研，考察乡村政治文化中的价值观、政治参与和乡情中呈现的道德焦虑问题。并以制度文化供给为路径，对乡风文明进行制度重构：一是改善制度环境以降低交易成本，二是增强政治参与以缓解信息不对称，三是创建新乡情以实现道德均衡。以此在新的社会群体中形成共有的情感认同、道德认同和制度认同，培育具有现代性内涵的乡风文明。
Abstract:
This paper focuses on the moral anxiety——a specific choice dilemma and social phenomenon emerging in the rural society in the transition period. Based on Kurt Wayland’s institutional change theory institutional supply, and on the investigation of typical observation points in the rural areas in Jiangsu, this paper looked into the value of rural political culture change, political participation and the nostalgia in the moral anxiety, and attempted to take institutional cultural supply as a path to revitalize the rural community in the new era, where modes of life are simple, villagers are honest, friendly, and righteous, with sufficient housing, nice neighbors, and a sense of belonging.
