摘要:
习近平总书记指出"共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求",并要求"在高质量发展中促进共同富裕"。要深刻理解共同富裕内涵,实现共同富裕目标,就必须深刻理解共同富裕与城乡差距、区域差距、农业农村现代化、乡村振兴战略之间的辩证关系,尤其是要将共同富裕放在整个中国式现代化的背景下理解。未来15年将是中国式现代化建设的关键时期。在这个时期,中国式现代化将由中国制造、科技进步和中国式小农户经济三轮驱动。当科技进步取得决定性进展时,建设强富美的中国乡村,加速实现共同富裕,就正当其时。
Abstract:
The central government points out that common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism, which requires the promotion of common prosperity in high-quality development. In order to deeply understand the connotation of common prosperity and realize the goal of it, we must deeply understand the dialectical relationship between common prosperity and urban-rural gap, regional gap, agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization strategy, especially in the context of China’s modernization of common prosperity. The next 15 years will be a critical period for China’s modernization drive, which will be driven by three wheels: Chinese manufacturing, technological progress and a Chinese-style economy of small farmers. When decisive progress has been made in scientific and technological development, it is high time to build strong and well-off Chinese rural areas and accelerate the realization of common prosperity.
