摘要:
推进农村产业融合发展，是党中央针对新时期"三农"形势作出的重要决策部署，是实施乡村振兴战略、实现共同富裕的重要举措。本文在厘清农村产业融合及农业经营主体"互利共生"理论内涵的基础上，剖析农村产业融合中农业经营主体"互利共生"的机理，探究以农业经营主体"互利共生"推进农村产业融合发展的路径。研究发现，农业经营主体"互利共生"作为实现农村产业深度融合、激发乡村振兴"组织动能"的重要手段，需要内外双轮驱动及多重治理模式交叉组合。推进农村产业融合应以农业经营主体培育为重点，创新农业产业组织模式，完善互利共赢利益联结机制，明晰外部环境作用边界。
Abstract:
To promote China’s rural industrial integration is not only a strategic plan of the PartyCentral Committee, with President Xi Jinping at its core, in its grand efforts to solve the "Three Rural Issues" in the new era, but also an important approach to rural revitalization and common prosperity in China. The present study, based on an elaboration of rural industrial integration and "mutualistic symbiosis" among the relevant entities, explored both the mechanism and the path of "mutualistic symbiosis" among the relevant entities in rural industrial integration. The study found that, to serve as an important lever for promoting rural industrial integration and the "organizational dynamics" during rural revitalization, "mutualistic symbiosis" among the relevant entities requires a new pattern of "two-wheel drive" combined with multi-layer governance. The results of the study also suggested that China’s rural industrial integration should focus on the cultivation of entities and be committed to innovating agricultural industrial organization models, improving the win-win mechanism of benefit coupling, and clarifying the effect of the external environment.
