摘要:
收入结构在农户脱贫中所发挥的作用一直是研究贫困问题的重要领域之一。考虑到农户贫困深度的因素，本文研究了收入结构对贫困农户的影响。研究发现，收入结构对农户贫困的影响程度取决于农户贫困深度：其一，非农收入有助于一般贫困农户脱贫，但对特困农户的影响较小；其二，农业收入对一般贫困农户脱贫的影响较小，但有助于缓解特困农户的贫困深度；其三，转移性收入有助于缓解农户贫困，但对农户脱贫的影响较小。因此，农业收入和非农收入对农户减贫的影响取决于农户贫困深度。就一般贫困农户的脱贫而言，政府应该积极鼓励和引导其提高非农收入；就特困农户而言，政府应该加大对这类农户农业生产补贴从而提高其农业收入，缓解贫困状况。
Abstract:
The important field in the study of poverty is the impact of agricultural income and non-agricultural income on poverty level of farmers. Taking into account the poverty depth level of poor farm-ers, this paper studies the effect of income component on poverty level. It is found that the impact of in-come component on poverty level of poor farmers depends on destitution level. On the one hand, the in-cremental non-agricultural income takes away the poverty of poor farmers, but the increment of non-agricultural income of the destitute farmers is wildly. On the other hand, the effect of agricultural in-come on poverty level of poor farmers is weak, but help to alleviate poverty level of the destitute farm-ers. In terms of poor farmers, government should actively encourage and guide them to improve agricul-tural income, meanwhile, in order to alleviate poverty level of the destitute farmers, government should give them more agricultural subsidies. In the end, the transfer income helps to alleviate the poverty depth of poor farmers, but it can not take away the poverty of poor farmers.
