摘要:
新中国成立七十年特别是改革开放四十年来，中国同步实现了经济社会稳定快速发展与贫困人口大幅度减少，千百年来困扰中华民族的绝对贫困问题即将得到历史性地解决。总结脱贫攻坚的世界历史意义显得必要而紧迫。以习近平总书记关于脱贫攻坚伟大意义的重要论述为指导，梳理国内外论述脱贫攻坚意义贡献的主要观点，从全面建成小康社会、加快贫困地区发展进程、提高贫困地区自我发展及其乡村治理能力、培育脱贫人口的可持续脱贫能力、彰显政治制度优势和治理能力等方面提炼了脱贫攻坚的历史意义，从增强全球实现2030年可持续发展议程中减贫目标的信心、贡献中国减贫智慧、提供中国减贫方案等方面阐述了脱贫攻坚的世界贡献，旨在为脱贫攻坚总结提供参考。
Abstract:
Since the founding of New China seventy years ago, especially in the 40 years of reform and opening up, China has achieved a stable and rapid economic and social development and a substantial reduction in the poverty population. The absolute poverty problem that has troubled the Chinese nation for thousands of years is about to be resolved. It is necessary and urgent to summarize the historical significance of the world to overcome poverty. Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the great significance of poverty alleviation, the main points of view at home and abroad on the significance of poverty alleviation were combed, from building a well-off society in an all-round way, accelerating the development process of poverty-stricken areas, improving the self-development of poor areas and their rural governance capabilities, cultivating the poverty-relief population’s ability to sustain poverty alleviation, highlighting the advantages of the political system and governance, etc., have refined the historical significance of poverty alleviation, from enhancing global confidence in achieving the poverty reduction goals of the 2030 sustainable development agenda, and contributing to China’s poverty reduction wisdom, provide China’s poverty reduction plan and other aspects of the world’s contribution to poverty alleviation, aiming to provide a reference for poverty alleviation.
