摘要:
基于消费促进粮食系统绿色低碳转型的理论框架,结合中国粮食系统绿色低碳转型现实基础与主要问题,提出了粮食系统绿色低碳转型的优化路径。中国粮食系统绿色低碳转型在保障播种面积、提高水资源利用率和农资利用率,以及应对气候变化、绿色食品发展等方面具备一定现实基础,但消费者对粮食生产的环境影响认知不足、绿色低碳产品市场供给不足、消费者行为与绿色低碳转型的矛盾限制了粮食系统向绿色低碳转型。强化消费者对粮食产业绿色低碳转型的认知和教育、优化绿色低碳粮食产品市场供给、引导消费者行为改变等措施,有助于加快促进粮食系统绿色低碳转型,实现经济社会全面绿色发展。
Abstract:
The green and low-carbon transformation of the food system represents a practical strategy for balancing food security with the pursuit of the "dual carbon" goal. Drawing on a theoretical framework that emphasizes the role of consumer behavior in driving the green and low-carbon transition of the food system, this study outlines an optimal pathway for such a transformation. This pathway is grounded in an analysis of the practical foundation and key challenges associated with the green and low-carbon transformation of China’s food system. China’s food system has laid a certain foundation for green and low-carbon transformation, as evidenced by the maintenance of sown areas, enhanced water resource management, improved efficiency of agricultural inputs, proactive responses to climate change, and the development of green food initiatives. However, several barriers hinder the transition to a green and low-carbon food system, including consumers’ limited awareness of the environmental impacts of food production, an inadequate market supply of green and low-carbon products, and a disconnect between consumer behavior and the goals of green and low-carbon transformation. To facilitate the green and low-carbon transformation of the food system and promote comprehensive green economic and social development, it is essential to enhance consumer awareness and education regarding the green and low-carbon transition of the food industry. Additionally, optimizing the market supply of green and low-carbon food products and steering consumer behavior towards more sustainable choices will be instrumental in accelerating this transformation.
