摘要:
农村互助养老的可持续发展很大程度上取决于社会资本的培育。孝文化作为一种文化资本,通过规范个体行为、强化社会信任和构建互助网络,作用于农村互助养老社会资本的培育。河南省Y村以孝治家项目,以孝文化为载体,通过以孝知恩唤醒代际伦理文化资本,以孝促联构建代际社会组织资本,以孝固规筑牢代际正式制度资本,推动文化资本向社会资本转化,形塑代际协同的内在逻辑。代际协同的核心在于整合家庭、社区和社会资源,突破老老互助的局限,引入多元社会力量参与养老服务供给。其构建的代际互助共同体是孝文化助推农村互助养老社会资本培育生效的关键,通过代际补偿整合资源,重塑互助养老秩序,实现互助养老服务的有效供给与模式的可持续发展。
Abstract:
The sustainable development of rural mutual elderly care largely depends on the cultivation of social capital within the model. Filial piety, as a form of cultural capital, promotes the development of social capital in rural mutual elderly care by regulating individual behavior, strengthening social trust, and constructing cooperative networks. The"Managing the Family with Filial Piety"project in Village Y, Henan Province, uses filial piety as a cultural carrier to awaken intergenerational ethical cultural capital through filial awareness, build intergenerational social organizational capital through filial connections, and solidify intergenerational formal institutional capital through filial norms. This process facilitates the transformation of cultural capital into social capital and shapes the logic of intergenerational collaboration. The core of intergenerational collaboration lies in integrating family, community, and social resources to break through the limitations of elderly-to-elder mutual care and engage diverse social forces in elderly care services. The intergenerational mutual aid community it’s constructed is the key to the effectiveness of filial piety in promoting the development of social capital in rural mutual elderly care. Through intergenerational compensation and resource integration, it reshapes the order of mutual elderly care and achieves effective service supply and sustainable development of the model.
