摘要:
目前，县域城乡之间的流动日益明显，但多为点对点的流动，县城不过是教育消费或者住房消费的场所，由此构成的微缩版城乡不平等关系图并非县域乡村振兴的真实画卷。内发型发展视角下的县域城乡流动是立足于县域资源，各生产要素在全域流动与整合，从而实现一二三产业融合发展和县域乡村振兴。在山东省菏泽市东明县、郓城县10年来常住人口增长的背后，可以看到县域一二三产业融合发展的迹象及初步的社会效应，这是多种因素在较长时段的发展过程中演变交汇而成的。从内发型发展的视角看，费孝通关注的"大家庭模式""一大二公模式""苏南模式"与县域乡村振兴战略一脉相通，这是乡土韧性的表现，也是超越乡村"空心化"的动力所在。
Abstract:
At present, the flow between urban and rural areas in counties is increasingly obvious, but it is mostly point-to-point flow. County towns are only places for education consumption or housing consumption, so the miniature urban-rural inequality chart formed by this is not the real picture of county rural revitalization. From the perspective of endogenous development, the urban-rural mobility at the county level is based on the resources at the county level, and the flow and integration of all production factors at the county level, so as to realize the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and the revitalization at the county level. Dongming County and Yuncheng County of Heze City, Shandong Province have witnessed the signs of first, second and third industry integration development at the county level and preliminary social effect in the past ten years of permanent population growth, which is the outcome of a variety of factors in a longer period of development process evolution and convergence. From the perspective of endogenous development, the "big family model", "large-size and collective models" and "Southern Jiangsu model" that Mr. Fei Xiaotong had paid attention to are in the same vein with the county and rural revitalization strategy, which is a manifestation of the resilience of rural areas and the driving force to surpass the "hollowing out" of rural areas.
