我国重要生态系统保护和修复重大工程正在持续推进,但缺乏投入社会资金的动力。评估消费者对农产品生态系统价值的偏好及支付意愿,将生态价值转变为市场价值,是现阶段解决问题的关键。本文基于923份全国消费者样本,以枸杞为研究对象,以生态系统价值标签、生态原产地保护产品标签、产地标签与产品价格为属性开展选择实验。通过随机参数Logit模型分析了消费者的偏好及支付意愿。结果显示,消费者对生态系统价值标签与生态原产地保护产品标签均有积极的支付意愿,部分生态系统价值标签与生态原产地保护产品标签存在替代关系,且生态原产地保护产品标签与部分产地标签存在互补关系;同时标注生态原产地保护产品标签、产地宁夏与土壤保持功能声明时,消费者支付意愿将达到最高值。基于研究结论,对农产品生态系统价值与生态原产地保护产品标签的使用与监管提出了针对性建议。
Abstract:
How to transform ecological value into market value and evaluate consumers’ preference and willingness to pay for the ecosystem value of agricultural products are the key to solving the problem at this stage. Based on 923 national consumer samples, taken Chinese wolfberry as the research object, this paper carries out choice experiments with the attributes of ecosystem value label, protected eco-origin product by China label, origin label and product price, and analyzes consumer preference and willingness to pay through random parameter logit model. The results show that consumers have positive willingness to pay for both the ecosystem value labels and the protected eco-origin product by China label. There is a substitution relationship between some ecosystem value labels and the protected eco-origin product by China label, and there is a complementary relationship between the protected eco-origin product by China label and some origin labels. At the same time, consumers’ willingness to pay will reach the highest value when the protected eco-origin product by China label and the statement of Ningxia and soil conservation function are marked. Based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on the use and supervision of product labels for the protection of ecosystem value and ecological origin of agricultural products.
