摘要:
论文基于中国家庭追踪调查数据（CFPS），实证分析了农户社会资本对其土地流转行为的影响。研究表明：（1）与期望不一致，社会资本没有有效促进农户的土地转出或转入，也不影响农户的参与程度。（2）中介效应分析发现，社会资本会通过促进非农就业来正向影响土地转出，但非农就业并不是土地转入的中介变量。（3）显著影响农户转出土地的因素还包括家庭劳动力数量、家庭农业机械价值和村庄交通情况，而显著影响农户转入土地的因素则包括劳动力数量、家庭成员平均年龄、家庭女性比例、家庭农业机械价值和村庄雇工工资水平。基于上述结论得到以下启示：（1）在农地流转过程中，无需过分强调社会资本的作用。（2）与土地资源配置不同，社会资本对劳动力资源的再配置有显著影响，社会资本能够有效促进农户非农就业。（3）要充分重视劳动力禀赋和农业机械在土地流转中发挥的关键作用。
Abstract:
Based on China Family Panel Studies(CFPS), this paper empirically analyzed the impact of social capital on farmers’ land transfer behavior.The results showed that:(1) It was inconsistent with expec-tation:social capital cannot effectively promote land circulation.(2) The intermediary effect analysis showed that social capital would positively affect transfer-in by promoting non-agricultural employment, but non-agricultural employment was not an intermediary variable of land transfer-out.(3) Factors influencing land transfer-in included family labor force, family farm machinery value and village traffic.Factors influencing farmers’ land transfer included labor quantity, the average age of fam-ily members, the ratio of family females, the value of machinery and the wage level of village employ-ees.Based on the above conclusions, the following enlightenment were obtained:(1) There was no need to emphasize the role of social capital in the process of agricultural land circulation.(2) Unlike the allocation of land resources, social capital had a significant impact on the reallocation of labor re-sources, and social capital can effectively promote farmers’ non-agricultural employment.(3) More at-tention should be given to labor force and agricultural machinery in land transfer.
