摘要:
党的二十大报告高度评价了脱贫攻坚的历史性贡献。本文从脱贫攻坚的历史性成就是新时代十年伟大变革的生动体现，打赢人类历史上最大规模脱贫攻坚战的根本原因是"两个确立"决定性意义的生动体现，脱贫攻坚实践基础上的理论创新是准确把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想世界观和方法论并运用好贯穿其中的立场观点方法的生动体现，脱贫攻坚的历史性成就、历史性变革是我国政治制度优势的生动体现，中国解决绝对贫困问题及实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是推动构建人类命运共同体和探索人类文明新形态的生动体现等五个方面，以党的二十大精神为指引，以新时代十年伟大变革为主线，深入总结了新时代十年脱贫攻坚及成果巩固的历史性成就、历史性变革，系统阐述了脱贫攻坚的里程碑意义。这对于深刻领悟"两个确立"的决定性意义，增强"四个意识"、坚定"四个自信"、做到"两个维护"，具有重要的理论价值和时代价值。
Abstract:
The historical contribution to poverty alleviation has been highly praised in the Report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC. Under the guidance of the spirits of the 20th National Congress and the main line of the great reform of the decade in the new era, this paper summarized the historic changes and achievements of the decade of poverty alleviation in the new era and the achievements of the consolidation, and systematically expounded the milestone significance of the poverty alleviation from five aspects-The historic achievement in poverty alleviation is a vivid manifestation of the great changes in the new era over the past decade. The fundamental reason for winning the largest battle against poverty in human history is the vivid manifestation of the decisive significance of the "two established policies". China’s efforts to address the issue of absolute poverty and to effectively link its achievements in poverty alleviation with rural revitalization are vivid examples of China’s efforts to build a society with a shared future for mankind and explore a new form of human civilization. This summary has important theoretical and historical value for deep understanding of the decisive significance of "two establishments", strengthening "four consciousnesses", "four self-confidences" and "two maintenances".
