摘要:
中华文化复兴根基在于乡村文化振兴。从乡村文化自觉开启到新时代乡村文化自强的递进式逻辑转化中,习近平文化思想与乡村文化振兴相互呼应,揭示了乡村文化振兴的规律性认识,达成对乡村文化振兴认识论和方法论的统一,有效回应了“乡村文化何以强”的时代命题。习近平文化思想引领乡村文化振兴的理论逻辑集中表现于乡村文化领导论、乡村文化立场论、乡村文化自信论、乡村文化激活论、乡村文化系统论和乡村文化保障论的体用贯通,明确了乡村文化振兴的责任担纲、价值立场、文明基础、内生动力、要素融通和工作布局,构建了“第二个结合”性质的乡村范式。习近平文化思想引领乡村文化振兴的实现进路须从夯实党的乡村文化领导权、促进农民精神生活共同富裕、推动农耕文明现代转化、巩固社会主义先进文化阵地、构建乡村文化发展共同体和健全乡村文化制度体系等方面着手,为构建社会主义文化强国和建设中华民族现代文明奠定基础。
Abstract:
The foundation of the rejuvenation of Chinese culture lies in the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture. In the progressive logical transformation from the initiation of rural cultural consciousness to the self-strengthening of rural culture in the new era, Xi Jinping’s cultural thought echoes with the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture, revealing the regular understanding of the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture, achieving the unity of the epistemology and methodology of the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture, and effectively responding to the era proposition of "why rural culture is strong". The theoretical logic of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought leading the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture is concentratedly manifested in the integration of the theory of rural culture leadership, the theory of rural culture stance, the theory of rural culture self-confidence, the theory of rural culture activation, the theory of rural culture system, and the theory of rural culture guarantee, clarifying the responsibility, value stance, civilized foundation, endogenous driving force, factor integration and work layout of the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture, and constructing a rural paradigm of the nature of "the second combination". The realization approach of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought leading the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture must start from consolidating the CPC’s leadership in rural culture, promoting the common prosperity of peasants’ spiritual life, promoting the modern transformation of farming civilization, consolidating the position of advanced socialist culture, building a community for rural culture development, and improving the rural culture system, laying the foundation for building a socialist cultural power and building a modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
