摘要:
习近平大农业观是新时代党领导农业强国建设取得的原创性理论成果。从生成逻辑上看,习近平大农业观继承了马克思主义关于建设社会主义大农业的理论原则,借鉴了几代中国共产党人调整农业生产关系的历史经验,并最终在新时代推进农业农村现代化的伟大实践中锤炼成熟。从核心要义上看,习近平大农业观回答了关于农业强国建设的原则、立场、方式、路径等一系列理论和实践问题,蕴藏着对新发展阶段下推进乡村全面振兴、实现农业农村现代化的战略思考。从价值意蕴上看,习近平大农业观的成功实践,拓展了马克思主义政治经济学的理论范式,加快了农业农村现代化的总体进程,为世界粮农发展与减贫治理提供了中国智慧。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping’s view of big agriculture is the original theoretical achievement of the construction of an agricultural powerhouse under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the new era. In terms of generative logic, Xi Jinping’s view of big agriculture inherits the Marxist theoretical principles on building socialist big agriculture, draws on the historical experience of several generations of Chinese communists in adjusting the agricultural production relations, and is finally refined and matured in the great practice of promoting agricultural and rural modernization in the new era. In terms of its core essence, Xi Jinping’s view of big agriculture answers a series of theoretical and practical questions about the principles, positions, ways and paths of building a agricultural powerhouse, and contains strategic thinking about advancing rural revitalization across the board and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new development stage. In terms of value implication, the successful practice of Xi Jinping’s view of big agriculture has expanded the theoretical paradigm of Marxist political economy, accelerated the overall process of modernization of agricultural and rural areas, and provided Chinese wisdom for the world’s food and agriculture development and poverty reduction governance.
