摘要:
学习贯彻党的二十大报告精神,要科学分析中国式农业农村现代化的政策寓意。基于中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化,坚持以人民为中心应该是中国式现代化的鲜明特征。这就要求我们在推进中国式农业农村现代化的过程中,更加重视完善联农带农的利益联结机制,更加重视推动城乡融合和协调发展,更加重视在涉农产业组织创新中农民合作社的重要性,更加重视农村人口和劳动力素质的提升。坚持以中国式农业农村现代化加快建设农业强国,既要考虑农业强国的基本特征,也要充分考虑基于我国自身国情农情的中国特色,甚至超越国家的区域特色。以中国式农业农村现代化加快建设农业强国,在政策导向上还要注意创新思维,重视产业融合的赋能作用。通过分析5种形式涉农产业融合对建设农业强国的影响,重点以粮食特别是稻谷金融化为例,探讨推进涉农虚拟经济与实体经济的融合。
Abstract:
To study the spirit of the 20th Party Congress report, it is necessary to scientifically analyze the policy implication of Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization. Based on the fact that Chinese-style modernization is a socialist modernization led by the Communist Party of China, adherence to people-centeredness should be the distinctive feature of Chinese-style modernization. It requires that in the process of promoting Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization, we should pay more attention to improving the interest linkage mechanism of linking farmers, promoting urban-rural integration and coordinated development, attaching more importance to farmers’ cooperatives in the innovation of agriculture-related industrial organizations, and enhancing the quality of rural labor force. Adhering to the Chinese style of agricultural and rural modernization to accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country, we should not only pay attention to the basic characteristics of a strong agricultural country, but also give full consideration to the Chinese characteristics based on the our special national agricultural conditions, and even consider individual regional characteristics in our country. To accelerate the building of an agricultural power with Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization, attention should also be paid to innovative thinking in policy orientation and the empowering role of industrial integration. By analyzing the impact of five forms of agro-related industrial integration on building a strong agricultural country and their problems, we discussed an emphasis on the financialization of grain, especially rice, as the key issues that need attention in promoting the integration of agro-related virtual economy with the real economy.
