摘要:
论文基于山西省4县421户农户农业生产调研数据,应用C-D生产函数和二元Logistic回归模型研究了生态脆弱区农户化肥减量投入行为及决策机制。结果显示,生态脆弱区农户化肥过量施用行为较为严重,化肥过量施用的农户比例和施用量都较高。其中户主年龄、具有干部身份和兼业程度对化肥减量投入有正向影响;农地资源禀赋中耕地面积越大,农户越倾向于减少化肥施用,农地细碎化程度越高,越不利于化肥减量施用,生态环境脆弱性较为严重的地方,化肥施用量超过了最优经济施用量和资源环境承载力;另外,农户具有相关认知及亲身参与培训对化肥减量具有良好作用。根据以上结论建议:培育新型农业经营主体,加强农业相关技术培训;鼓励土地适度规模流转,加强土地整治和生态修复;政府加强宣传和服务工作,建立"两减一增"绿色生产观。
Abstract:
Based on the survey data of 421 farmers in four counties of Shanxi Province, the C-D production function and binary logistic regression model were used to study the investment behavior and decision-making mechanism of farmers’ chemical fertility reduction in ecologically fragile areas. The results showed that the excessive use of chemical fertilizers is more serious in ecologically fragile areas, where the proportion of farm with excessive application of chemical fertilizers and the amount of application are both high. The age of the head of household, has the cadre status and the degree of concurrent work has a positive impact on the reduction of chemical fertilizers. The larger the agricultural land area, the more inclined are the farmers to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers, and the higher the degree of fragmentation of agricultural land, the more detrimental it is to the application of fertilizer reduction. In the areas where the ecological environment is more vulnerable, the amount of fertilizer applied exceeds the optimal economic application capacity and the carrying capacity of resources and environment. Besides, the fact that farmers have relevant awareness and personal participation in training has a good effect on fertilizer reduction. Based on the above conclusions, it was suggested that the new type of agricultural management main body should be cultivated, and the agricultural-related technical training, strengthened; the appropriate scale of land transfer, encouraged; land remediation and ecological restoration, strengthened; and finally the government should enhance the publicity and service work, and establish the "two-less one-increase" green production concept.
