资本下乡之后，为了应对农业经营中的监督困难和日益上升的人工成本，在经营方式上出现了从规模经营到家庭经营的转变。通过对华北地区一个公司型农场内部不同地块产量差异的分析，展示了资本下乡的农业经营实践，以及不同承包人的关系对具体农业经营活动的影响。研究发现，不同承包人之间的交往方式以及关系结构，影响了他们在农业经营中换工和雇工的选择，进而影响了经营效果。不同地块的承包人之间形成的不同风气，影响了承包人的交往心态与经营管理行为，这也在一定程度上加强了既有的产量差异结构。
Abstract:
After the capital went to the countryside, in order to cope with the difficulties of supervision in agricultural operations and rising labor costs, there has been a shift from scale management to “family management” in terms of business methods. This paper demonstrates the agricultural management practices of capital going to the countryside and the impact of different contractors on specific agricultural operations through an analysis of the differences in production of different plots within an agriculture enterprise in North China. This paper finds that the ways of communication between different contractors and the relationship structure affect their choice of workers and employees in agricultural operations, which in turn affects the business results. The different “fengqi” formed by the contractors of different plots has affected the contractor’s communication mentality and management behavior, which also has strengthened the existing production differences to some extent.
