摘要:
农业转移人口市民化本身构成了一个内部不断产生关联效应的复杂系统，并更多地表现为连续而非离散的动态过程。然而，以往研究中的"转型阶段论""单向转移论"以及"独立归因论"却过度解组了市民化的系统性。基于对现有理论视角的反思，文章立足于市民化的系统观，重新阐明了市民化系统的基本构成及其相互关联。文章认为，市民化系统由激励系统、规范系统、适应与融入系统以及反馈系统组成，每一个子系统都经由不同主体的共同参与，并在宏观—中观—微观的互动中农业转移人口的市民化起到促动、控制、整合以及调整的作用。研究表明，有序推进农业转移人口市民化需要反思性地检视市民化进程中的潜在风险，避免市民化的未预期后果和系统冲突。
Abstract:
Citizenization itself constitutes a complex system with interconnected effect,and its operation is a continuous rather than discrete process.In previous studies,however,the ’theory of transition phase’,’theory of one-dimension transfer’and ’theory of independent attribution’ excessively disintegrate the citizenization system.Based on reflection on the existing theoretical perspectives,this article clarified basic compositions of urbanization system and its interconnectedness based on system approach.In order to promote the citizenization of transferring agricultural people,it is urgent to examine the potential social risks and avoid the unexpected consequences as well as the system conflict in the process of citizenization.
