乡村产业振兴的关键在于农业产业化，其重要实现机制是以专业市场组织农民，形成有竞争力的地方产业。通过对中部农村一个药材专业市场的调查，分析农业产业化发展中的专业市场特征、形成机制及其社会经济效应。专业市场形成的基础是在地域范围内围绕产业链发展形成农户主导的专业分工，而产业发展服务于小农的条件，也是小农支持产业发展的前提。专业市场的形成过程有不同阶段、不同层次，涉及农民、村级组织和地方政府等主体。村民精英带动形成自发性的基层集市，村级组织建设地域性市场，地方政府扶持建设全国性专业市场。专业市场和农业产业化的发展产生了综合效应，表现在农民家庭、农村社会秩序及城乡关系三个方面。研究发现农业产业化有其自身发展的客观规律，地方政府需要通过专业市场这种具有中国特色的基层市场组织形式，在农户和集体发挥作用的基础上优化市场体制机制，从而促进产业就地化发展，实现产业振兴的目标。
Abstract:
The key to the revitalization of rural industries lies in agricultural industrialization, and its important realization mechanism is to organize farmers in specialized markets to form competitive local industries. Through the investigation of a specialized market for medicinal materials in rural areas in central China, the characteristics, formation mechanism, and socio-economic effects of specialized markets in agricultural industrialization are analyzed. The foundation of the professional market is dominated by farmers, and the formation of professional division of labor around the industrial chain within the region is only a condition for industrial development to serve small farmers, and it is also a prerequisite for small farmers to support industrial development. The formation of professional markets has different stages and levels, involving farmers, village-level organizations, and local governments. The peasant elite drives the formation of spontaneous grassroots bazaars, village-level organizations build regional markets, and local governments support the construction of national specialty markets. The development of specialized markets and agricultural industrialization has had a comprehensive effect on the countryside, manifested in three aspects: peasant families, rural social order, and urban-rural relations. The study found that agricultural industrialization has its own objective laws of development. Local governments need to optimize the market’s institutional mechanisms based on the role of farmers and collectives through a market organization with Chinese characteristics at the grass-roots level through a professional market development and achieve the goal of industrial revitalization.
