摘要:
本文以专业化农户农地流转模型为起点,基于比较静态分析方法判断农户参与农地流转市场的影响因素和农地流转的经济影响,并利用来自专业化苹果种植户的调查数据进行实证检验。研究表明:首先,农户生产能力、农地流转的交易对象、流转程序复杂性、流转契约形式、亩均经营收益和流转价格是决定农户农地流转市场参与的主要因素。其次,农地经营数量的变化并未改变其单位面积劳动投入的密度,但租出土地会增加单位面积的固定资产投入数量。最后,就农地流转的经济影响而言,农地流入改善了家庭农业人均纯收入和人均纯收入。
Abstract:
This paper uses farmer land lease model and static analysis method to predict the determining factors on land lease markets participation. Furthermore, the micro surveyed data of specialized apple growers is applied to make empirical tests. The results suggest that, firstly, production ability, land transaction partner, complexity of leasing, contract form, unit profit and transaction price are the main determinants for farmers’ land market participation; secondly, the changes in farm land management quantity do not influence the labor input density per unit area, but lending farmland will increase the fixed asset input per unit area; lastly, as far as land lease economic effect is concerned, land renting improves farmers’ agricultural management per capita income and per capita income.
