摘要:
探讨城镇化背景下乡村地区的农业经营模式,是基层治理研究领域的重要问题。调研发现,随着打工经济的兴起和青年人口的大量外流,村庄边界打开,形成富有弹性的流动性社会结构。农民据其家庭对土地依赖程度的差异,表现出抛弃型、悲观型、资源型、补充型和生计型的多元土地诉求观。基于此,农民按照伦理血缘关系建构出自发的土地流转秩序,形成了以"新三代家庭"为载体的"大户农业/兼业小农+老人农业"的适度规模经营模式。这一农业经营模式较土地规模流转形成的市场化农地经营,更为符合乡村实际和农民利益。
